I don't see what is wrong with a split pot theory. I would certainly offer to split the pot with my teammate if we were both in the finals. I have done this in MTG and other TCG for example. Is there something in the tournament rules to prohibit it? I don't see why people are getting temp banned for it.

I think it has more to do with the brood war match fixing scandals and the major backlash that happened because of it.
Players won't risk fixing games and splitting the prize pool.

Yea it's really pathetic, I'm signaling them out since they seem to have the most hatred around. I think it stems from the insane hype these players get that they people actually believe they godlike and if they lose it must be because of some cosmic imbalances.
I don't get why then can't just be sad their favorite player lost and move on. It's cool being passionate but being full of hatred is just pathetic.
Also this delusional racial bias is becoming a really big issue I feel. People don't even care about players or good games. They just want to see X race winning. Don't care how and will hate anything that isn't X race. I mean the amount of Terran hate is getting out of control. Freak the amount of hate in general is getting crazy. Is the starcraft community finally becoming as bad as other gaming communities?

On that note, What do TL do with users who abuse the report button (report people who are disagreeing with the user, reporting everyone, bad judgement etc)? Case by case?
I do believe that I'm fair at least but I don't want to risk a ban for asking a mod to take a look at a post >_>

Running around reporting people is pretty much the lamest fucking thing ever. (what are you like some kind of tattle tale?) I have been here for like 6 years and I have like reported 1 person ever.

You lose the report button if you abuse it and depending on the severity (I.E. exactly how irritating you were) you may be temp'd. It's extremely rare however and I sincerely doubt tonight you're in any risk.
It's more like- hurr report every post on the front page for no reason.
Anyway I"m glad I logged out and played a few games instead of reading anything. I'm more glad I stayed far, far away from the LR threads during the games.
One small comment though- I'm a passionate Nestea fan. He's my favorite player above and beyond any other player in any game. He's a zerg hero to me.
Do you see me raging and acting like a whiny asshole?
