Its ok man, most people do not understand what self esteem is ... and is not. this could've been a "meaningful interaction" had you chosen to discuss the dynamics of self esteem. For SC2, TL.Net does a great job; it is not a place to search for "meaningful social interactions with other human beings". BTW, my #1 PC Bang hang-out closed down and the owner, Nick, become a Toronto Police Officer. When I'm in town we hang out. My favourite video game moments have always been with a gang of people IRL... I hope the same is true for you. Let's move on and confront the reality that IRL as the best path towards "meaningful social interactions with other human beings". BTW, when my wife played SC2 she was a 1v1 Gold Leaguer and we formed a 2v2 team that sat in either Diamond or Masters. She quit years ago though. In her spare time she plays in a women's competitive pinball league. She minimizes her screen time these days. Perhaps one day you can voice with us on Discord and tell us all about the people you hang out with IRL while you play games... whether they be video games or air hockey or pinball or baseball or whatever. What race do your friends and family members play? My wife is a Zerg and her sister is Terran. Xevvex was Protoss. Xevvex big game was Lineage 1. LOLOL. My bum-friend from high school is a Zerg. When I recall his nickname on here I'll post it. Man, those weekend all nighters @ Net Effect in the 2000s were awesome. The gang at Net Effect that I used to play with #s at around 15. The hilarious thing is.. i still remember what race they play the second i meet them again 10+ years later. I don't get to do that kind of thing as much any longer. That said, the EA NHL '94 Event was May 2,3,4 @ FreePlay though and it brought back some great times. | ||
