Can a banned user edit posts, or he must wait until he's unbanned?
More importantly, can a banned user still liquibet and does he get FPL points?

Today was one of the rare days when I was glad I couldn't watch and had to work. I would probably have killed a kitten, so I think people should be a little lenient after such a tragedy.
