I lost to Movie 1-2 then lost to Olympus 0-1 in SRT,
In the next season, I advanced to Ro16 by beating Cola 2-0 and Mong 1-0.
However, due to the lack of sleepness, I failed to show up for my first game against terror, moved down to loser's bracket, and got eliminated by Ssak 0-1.
Sometimes players can lose pathetically and unbelievably. It happens.
That is the number one reason why many Korean people love this StarCraft: Brood war game.
I think I should stop reading and stay away from the comments.
There will be too much of argument in the future, I do not want to get stressed out by this.

Scan I think it's very good you react to these kinds of comments, it gives us some much appreciated insights. Ill-informed comments and speculations will always plague any forums so it's not something to worry about.. until noone ever speaks up and we start believing the bullshit ^^

Yea, it's actually pretty cool. I know Scan had a bad rap for a while but the posts I'm reading here are very mature, level headed replies. Not many people respond politely and honestly when people say things that could be interpreted about them as hostile, but Scan's replies are spot on and honest.
Not to mention it's nice to get some insight about the Korean scene as well.

After watching Sziky's stream I am not only convinced he is the best foreigner, nobody is even close to him outside Korea and China(?), I am actually not sure if I know any other really gosu player from China with the exception of Fengzi who from what I've seen is not better than Sziky as Scan stated. The top 10/100 argument in this thread is ridiculous and I'm not sure if you guys are using your brain capacity to the fullest. First of all, you need to clarify by what ranking system are we placing the topX players. It seems logical to look at the fish rankings since it is the server with the highest level of competition because progamers mainly play and stream there and they are the most skilled BW players in the world. I managed to follow the top 100 on fish rankings last season which ended 1-2 days ago and to be in top 100 you needed about 3000 pts which is B rank. Sziky showed us how he managed to outplay ssak 3-1 and he also played vs some other progamers or really high B/A players and he was on even foot in all of these games. I am sure Sziky can enter top 100 fish rankings with no problem, but the part that is more convincing is he actually occasionally plays progamers and beats them as he is showing us on stream now. So the facts and statistics speak for themselves, plain words ,however, do nothing.

Just wondering.. for how long did Scan live outside Korea? And for how long was he a progamer?
edit: Maybe Scan could tell us which one does he feel himself being, korean or american.
