his point was that the guy was banned for something he did on tl.net. he wrote a post about rape generally, threw in a "funny" anecdote about how he raped a girl and then later attempted to justify it when people justifiably called him out for it.
i should note though that tl.net has a no tolerance policy for hackers. they are routinely banned from the site once discovered regardless of activity on the site.

I know what his point was, I was there when the guy was banned.
My point was that there's no reason to care wether he did it on TL or not, the point stands that such people shouldn't be here.

Maybe you should add the requirements of sending a CV along a TL registration. Then, prospective users will be required to undergo a personal interview over teamspeak, psychological evaluation and play a game of their choice from what TL covers with an admin, to show if their playstyle fits the specifications.
