The only reason it takes guys 5 minutes is because we're not allowed to beat each other up in the jury room. There'd be a 2-hour brawl minimum before any verdict if we were.

I'm sorry, is it really the case that nobody on the staff gives a shit that some dumb brat makes completely unfounded arguments about Brood War players, without backing them up with really any evidence of any description, gets called out on it, gets proven utterly wrong with hard facts, only to dismiss it as "logical fallacy" (lol wut) again without providing any evidence to back up his utterly absurd claims whereby he tries to make certain Kespa players appear to be worse than they really were. All this while being condescending to people who know a fuckton more about Brood War than he does, and can back it up. Being stupid isn't always a bannable offense. You could easily find multiple users who'd fit that description for both sides of that ceaselessly unintelligent Elephant debate. Not a lot of moderation in that thread. But being dumb, or not being good at arguing on the internet, shouldn't be a ban-worthy offense, unless he starts slinging direct insults.

We see people get banned for far less all the time. Hell, I was banned for far less. And yes, if you ask me, being dumb and being absolutely oblivious as regards making a point and backing it up should be a bannable offense when someone continues to engage in an argument *and* take the condescending "lol i know best i don't even have to prove it lol" approach to it.

Then you make a post in the ABL (eventhough you know this is not the right place for this) and call him a dumb brat. Why exactly are you so much better than him?

I backed my claims with hard evidence. I followed Brood War for quite a while and anyone who has done the same would be able to tell you that that guy was completely oblivious with regards to what he was talking about. It pains me to see such blatant misinformation be spread with such nonchalance and defiance.
I'm better than him because I know what the fuck I'm talking about, otherwise I would shut up.
