Hmm out of the three factions, I will probably follow the Flamewheel cult. Both GMarshal and Flamewheel are from Mafia, but Flamewheel is AMERICA too, and GMarshal is not, so therefore -> Flamewheel.

The person and ideology are really irrelevant, it really comes down to the business model. See, the key is to pull people in by using a multi tiered hierarchal system that through advancement offers prestige and sense of importance within the community while offering no real power within the organization. At least not until the person is sufficiently indoctrinated that they could be relied on to carry out orders single mindedly. You'd be surprised how easily people can be converted to a specific ideology by offering them advancement within a structured system. The key it to continually offer them such advancement, however small, so they never realize how completely powerless they really are within the system.
