Well you have a point.But to my defense I'm retardedly drunk at the moment, the time was 6:37 KST when I started typing this, it takes a while to make sure there are no typos.

Yeah, a lot of PBU's (like Blind-rawr :O! ) are allowed back after a while, kind of on probation to see if they've improved.
I guess maybe there's a few exceptions. GG.NoRe and a host of others have had enough chances.
