Poopi took his second ban during the semi-finals of the GSL World Championship event, an event which I remember rather well. As Poopi posted the following, (in the LR thread) MarineKingPrime was about to suffer a heart-breaking loss against a fellow by the name of Jang Min Chul (which, of course, did not happen, as MKP made an amazing comeback. Evidently Poopi's second ban was in vain)

And as such, Poopi's second temporary removal from TL was much like his first; nothing special. What amazes me, though, throughout his post history is how amazingly persistent he is with his balance whines, as if it were an Alien egg inside him, bursting out of his stomach every now and then. Uh, bad analogy, but either way.

Mvp doesn't use ghost anymore in late game TvZ because they are shit now (except vs infestors but they are expensive so probably not cost effective enough to build them for that purpose only), see Mvp vs Symbol from Iron Squid.
But I agree, Polt's ghost use in TvP is not the best we have seen he would be really scary in TvP if he had a Byun-like ghost control / usage, I don't think it matters in TvZ though.

So overall prefer stalker over sentries against marine/scv allins, always let a probe near his base if you weren't able to scout, if you are able to enter his base and see no gas check carefully his scv saturation (experience may be needed because terrans will always have less workers than protoss so you can't just compare his saturation to yours..) and any suspicious behavior (marines trying hard to take the xel'naga), if your probe ends trapped in his base try to see if his orbital command is delayed (because if he has another rax somewhere and is building a depot to wall, he can't make OC asap whereas if it's 1rax FE he can).
Keep in mind though that antiga is a very good map for marine/scv allinning and that in TvP a proper marine scv/allin can have a very high winrate against anyone.

Closing Words: All of Poopi's bans are from LR threads. This is telling, and somewhat exposes him to be just a poor fellow who can't control himself when his race/favorite player loses. Let us hope that he can find the light sometime soon and control his violent urge to balance whine.
