This is exactly why the EU has given food additives different names. E+a number, like: food additive E143. If the chemical name were put on the ingredient list people would be put off by that. The E-number alot less so, I even knew a woman that thought E stood for vitamin E... And that apparently there were a good few hundred different versions of vitamin E. | ||
