Seriously if people did that I bet the post count/day would drop like 80% and what was left would be pure gold.

When you see newer people's one liner posts popup frequently you can count the days till their first ban. If you want a lot of people to respond to you, make sure you post something really dumb on the first page. (don't) If you write a long post you have earned the right to create a new thread for your post so more people can read it. (also don't) Read the banlist frequently and learn to love the moderation. It is also good therapy when the weight of the internet is making you feel down. Make paragraphs and learn some Also when you start a new thought pattern like this that is related, you can just have it start on it's own line, you will notice it makes the text much more readable and easy to understand. Using those will HELP to CONVEY your point WELL. (don't do THAT btw, not a lot of people will read it because the person writing wasn't sophisticated enough to place emphasis in his text in a normal manner, what could he possibly say that's worth my time). Write posts because you know some people will read it and be content with what they've read. Make it so they are in agreeance, represent your opinion well because in turn other people will allow you to represent their opinion too. Don't qoute people just to let everyone know you agree, nobody cares and you just clutter adding nothing. Be happy that person posted so well, and when you post know that people will do this with you. If you edit your post, it is common curtesy to add in a clear "Edit:" to indicate what you have changed. This is so you document your original post and people know you haven't added or taken away anything, it makes you seem honest and not act a fool. Usually you would need to point out that you made a mistake. Just do it. no shame no gain. You know you don't know how to spell a word. Don't be a fool and use a tool. Google it. You will actually expand your vocabulary that way and enable yourself to seamlessly integrate words that describe the meaning you are trying to convey perfectly. To demonstrate some of the most common errors (which are homonyms, words that sound the same) one can make or encounter, I suggest reading the picture below. You will forever get annoyed when you encounter other people making these mistakes and the realization that you will forever be victim to this and cannot change it can lead to heavy episodes of depression. Warning: The following picture (uploaded using imgur as per Merlin's request) contains foul and aggressive language. If you don't want to expose yourself to this I recommend not opening the following spoiler. + Show Spoiler [The Picture] + ![]() Aspire to become a proposter, I recommend checking out the blog section daily if you are a teenager in High School or you are just jealous of their girl problems son. Never go into a live report thread. Only use the first page as an overview. Once you click on any page thereafter your brain will explode. If you like someone and go to their fanpage. Don't say: "sign me up." It's so worthless, public figures are gonna have many people that like them. You were already one of them. Rather just write a quick post on why, what you like about them so much, what makes them special, what they mean for you. You owe it to them. Don't be selfish. The same applies when you like a more underground stream and post in their thread. Explaining a little bit about their stream, what you like about it is really nice for other people to read and will actually make more people check it out. Writing: "feature this guy please", or "spotlight this" doesn't. There are 20 posts per page, if you write a long post and you want to increase the chances of people reading it, wait and bait. If you fail, you are the second post which is still good. 80% higher response rate using this technique, guaranteed. I would demonstrate this but since there has only been one new post in the time it took to write this, I will refrain from doing so and leave you to explore it on your own. ESPORTS is written in all caps, make sure you aren't hurting it. Alternatively you can post a picture of Elly to show you are a supporter of the movement, pictures are cool. Exhibit A: ![]() Use liquipedia. "Try hard before you die hard" - W. Bruce Edit: re-read the text and realized I had made some grammatical errors. I believe I have managed to fix these mistakes and the text will be more readible for others. Also added in a few little things because I was having so much fun.

It's no place for (stupid) trolling or Bashing other users/gamers/mods/casters/... or using 7 swear words in a sentence of 10 words or ... So if you thought of doing something like this: Get out (Chill!)

2. Don't talk gamebalance in Live Report threads, or.. In pretty much any other thread that isn't particulary about gamebalance... No, in fact don't talk about gamebalance at all. Hahaha - I remember that guy.. 50 threads in two hours, in different subforums about how Nyovne sucks because he was banned by him. Yeah, that's probably sound advice.

However, he could have gotten himself banned by martyring or using impolite language, in which case what he said (apart from what got him warned/banned) might have been both appropriate and interesting for the thread, so there are definitely cases where it's okay to reply to a post which lead to a warning or a ban.

Stay polite in your post Respect the opinion of others don't post one liner (maybe in LR thread it can be accepted but not in strategies) Try to respect "veterans" member, if they are here since 4-5 years, they probably know what they talking about. If you right a big statement, news or opinion, please learn about paragraph. If you have a question, search for the answer before starting a thread. Specially in the strategies forum.
