Having one less English player in the house isn't going to KILL ESPORTS either, so calm down . Being willing to go isn't enough, I'd be willing to go and move to france, but I'm not putting in the effort in the correct directions to make it a possibility.
It has nothing to do with nationality, and everything to do with infrastructure. I understand if you can't see that.
Gimble has taken the time to speak with me, and even had the strength of character to admit he over reacted at first, which is more than i could have asked for. If you think having this one player will make such a difference, please go ahead and sponsor him or something, im sure the ad money from youtube is rolling in now!
edit: I really have a great respect for Gimble, but we both agree that as things stand currently, there's not much we can do together at this time.
Let it go Leon, you are getting silly.
This here statement sums it all up, you are clueless good luck, you will need it.

Going to assume that you are extremely intoxicated from this point onwards, it's the only way to connect your comments to reality. Enjoy the e-fame bro!

Would be rather epic, shame I couldn't join it but would help out the Scottish players who would find this much easier to commit to.

I think he was considering Newcastle, It'd be fun to have a friendly practice rivalry that spanned the entire country though !

Despite the epic controversy in this thread, I really think this house will be great for Starcraft and for everyone involved. From reading Eleaven's posts, he seems to be well organized and spoken so I'm sure everything will be sorted out.

@Munro I'm planning on possibly moving to Glasgow in September now, so we'll see how things turn out in a month or so.

This made even ME question whether i'd unwittingly created a new account and posted LOL.
Thanks for the support though. :D

Lost a lot of respect for Leon from his posts in this thread. From what has clearly been written in this thread, all disputes have been resolved and we look to be on the path to something great for the UK scene. Yet apparently LeonStarcraft is determined to throw a spanner in the works. Certainly won't be watching his stream in future.
Anyways good luck Eleaven, hopefully if you ever choose to expand I will be free and available to commit this time!

Yeah I don't really see what Leon is getting on about, there's no issues at the moment and Dan has been nothing but proffesional other then the way he handled letting these players go. Trying to create drama where there is none isn't going to work out.

Plus Erik is a part of team infused, so whether he will be helping many people except his team mates is yet to be seen. You can't make the comment that him soley being here is going to help the UK SC2 community and its players, seen as though you have no clue about the scene in the first place.
Watch me! And while yes it's true that I am part of team Infused I don't see how that affects me the house at all. Even if we live and practice together we will not be spending 12 hours a day in practice games with each other, there will be plenty of time to practice with both the people in the house, the people on Infused aswell as playing tournament.

Seems like Leon is jelly :OO

+1, this is ONLY Good for sc2, the fact that someone who is so involved in the community can't see this is just... crazy :/
I've been looking forward to seeing what was going to happen, glad that all the shit's been wiped and gl to all involved!

hope you guys do well, not sure why Leon seems to be so bitter, so what if one player is swedish, he plays for a UK team now and the more the merrier. He probably wil have to spend some time playing with infused memebers but he also wil have time to help people in the house.
Hoping that the UK scene with this house and in general improves a lot!!!! Especially if another house mayb set up in the north of the country!!!

Lets see where this actually gets to cause just being in a house isn't a fast tract to being good; I mean if you look at EG's results at MLG after boot camping for 4 weeks it kind of sums it up. If some of the best players on the planet can't do well in tournaments having lived together for a month living and breathing starcraft not sure what some mid masters + 1 GM will do
Best of luck cause it seems you guys need it, always good to see more players in the UK though.

Apparantly im jelous from stating some rather obvious contradictions in the OP. if people want to bury their head in the sand and say its not so then i guess i'll allow them to live on cuckoo land longer.
People stating im jelous and they've lost respect for me too? If someone cares alot about a scene, and then something so shady as this goes wrong, what is going to look bad? Nothing but the UK SC2 community and then we are not taken seriously ever again.
Yet like i mentioned, the OP doesnt understand this and just: A: Took my original messages too personal & B: Started throwing personal abuse about.
Got nothing against the players participating individualy, nor the swedish player (ask anyone in infused i am great friends with all their SC2 players). All i am concerned about is the complete farce that has gone on, yet some still don't live in the real world and then complain when someone points this out.
Best of luck however, dont fuck it up.

sounds very interesting. I hope everything works out for you guys

It has a small chance of being good, HUGE chance of being terrible.
