I still am who I am, and I have strong opinions on some things with obvious bias, and I still do berate people, but I feel that I hold myself back tons now. I can't even count the number of times I have written out posts and just delete it all after thinking "this isn't important enough". I'm not a perfect poster at all but I can honestly say that I have improved over time the past few years. And you know, I kinda just like to read more than actively participate now. I suppose the culmination of my time on this forum and the various things that have occurred in my life since I have found this site is that the main theme of person is not whether he is right or wrong, but rather as to how he approaches an event. It is the authenticity that defines the person. There will always be some event that cracks me so I will get banned sometime or another in the future. But I can honestly say that I have learned a little each time. It doesn't matter if the opponent is an imbecile - I shouldn't become an imbecile myself. | ||

I did it by making this account and there wasn't much to purge in the first place - I only got warned once on the old one for posting "1st" and got 1 topic closed. Yeah, keeping my insane emo side under control was the most important thing to do. Changing my name to something I've been actually using anywhere else was a handy side effect. So, during GSL final I got banned for 2 days: beetlelisk was just temp banned for 2 days by Liquid`Nazgul. That account was created on 2008-07-30 06:06:49 and had 1346 posts. Reason: I am actually thinking Rainbow sold his match, if the stadium is packed then there may be big amount of money in bets. This is just beyond ridiculous. Use common sense first before you make statements like this. I don't think I even read "any further stupid fucking comments" part of red warning boesthius placed in the live report thread. The only impression I got was "oh great, no mercy for balance whiners". I didn't understand that warning meant purge aimed against "write no matter what you feel, post it and pretty much forget about it" kind of posts that create environment allowing balance whine to happen in the first place.
