If your carries have BKBs, you just repel one of the playmakers on your team instead. Plus, the other team has a hero that always rushes diffusal, two heroes who like diffusal, and even qop can build diffusal if she wants to. BKB is a no-brainer for both your carries. People dicking around and never fighting can certainly be annoying, though. Randomly taking last hits on the lane because your carry is last hitting poorly will pretty much always make your carry last hit even worse. Because its disruptive to farming by adding an extra guessing game element to it. Don't do it. You, I think because its hard to make out since you're not actually using proper sentences or grammar, are possibly talking about taking the odd hit to finish an item which is a totally different issue.
