The reason why I ask is because I noticed there is either a lot of people just doing a mad rush into the lobby when the in house is active and at the off hours, there is no lobby at all. I'm trying to get better but I definitely want to learn team oriented things in the very near future. Things like tri-lanes, good coordination etc. I'm currently just doing a lot of soloing but I will never learn those things I mentioned without a good stable group to play with. As much as the in house matches help, I also feel like I would need a lot of supplemental matches to retain everything too so on the off times I'm not sure how I would practice that. Unfortunately for me, all my friends are stuck to LoL and are far too lazy/unmotivated to re-learn a new game so I play Dota alone pretty much. I tried checking the TL site for a matchmaking TL member thread because I vaguely remember seeing one but I haven't had any luck finding any under the search.

For example, if you have 15 people, most of the time the ones who play are the friends of the drafters, or the "best players", so, the less experienced or "worse" players get lesser chances to improve, and get better, and most of all, they cant participate in the IH that has been working as a "meet friends, play dota, have fun" for so long right now. I like the idea, and i liked it back when i played CS 1.6 and the mix things people did, but here, its more complicated i think. anyway, lets wait for Feederbolt and see what he says. Firebolt already said that if it happened it would be not from everyone, but from the first 10 to sit that way we prevent that sort of thing exactly.

It's possible to get better from MM, but how would TLIH captains who playerdraft know that? Unless you play, you're not proven. Unless you're proven, you won't get picked to play. Chicken and egg again.

1)I think 25 minutes gg is too much, i prefer a gg after 15 minutes without confirmation from opponent team and 3 votes from team members at least,i dont like to force anyone or be forced to play in games i consider lost. 2)When firebolt ll return and after some seasons in noobhouse the number of the players will get bigger so a split in lobbies is unavoidable and we should discuss it to be better prepared for everyone. 3)The player draft needs to be very very very organized to work or some people will play all the time and some not.
