a behaviour you would expect from some 14 year old virgin hating ppl on the interwebz and not from a tlih player. but thats not really the problem.the problem is that people even defending him, acting like he is the victim since i kicked him from the tlih lobby. i just wanted to keep the lobby clean from douche bags. and everybody who witnessed his behaviour yesterday should know that this was a reasonable response.There were people driven off tlih with less bad mannered behaviour. so here comes the real problem. tlih doesnt have many rules, there is only 1 big rule: "DONT....BE...A.....DICK" its written even 2 times. But none of the regulars doesnt even care, no, most of them are friends with him. letting his behaviour slip through, not even saying a word to stop him or make him change. i call out guys like kuponess who are friggin writers for tl. how can such people tolerate this? even trying to say i was equally immature by kicking him from the lobby. the only thing i've done was keeping a guy out of the lobby who broke THE ONLY fucking rule we have for about 10 times without an end in sight. there is only one word i can think of for that: "pathetic" everybody is looking the other way while at the same time advertising tlih as a friendly place which has no room for douche bags etc. etc. instead of showing responsibility, people even cheering for this thing by supporting stupid "hey lets grudge match hurr durr , im 14 years old hurr durr, my dota skill is the only thing i have in life hurr durr"-challenges its really sad to see tlih fell that deep including their regulars. and its also sad i had to realize this when i started to enjoy them again and participate more often. well some people ask "ive been of wodota. what have you been doing with your life?" ...my answer is "growing up. learning how to be not a douche bag" | ||

Basically, you speak to people in private about their problems in terms of manners and such and attempt to work out a solution. However any punishments to be doled out can't be unilateral and when you behave the way you did it's no longer a black and white issue of one person being in the wrong. | ||
