The entire surface of the rubber on the left side feels rather smooth. Any idea what's up and how I can fix it? Not sure where to get replacement feet for the das if necessary.

Perhaps you can rip off the rubber feet of your keyboard and glue them to a better position that works with the risers in the back up. hold your keyboard by the ends and give it a gentle twist in the appropriate direction (i.e. right hand twsit upper right, left hand twist lower left. or left hand twist upper left, right hand twist lower right) Hope that makes sense. My quick fire felt unlevel before. It was just the ABS back cover that was a little warped.

The rubber feet on the left side, though not visibly worn, are really not providing any friction. The left side will just slip so easily while the right side stays firmly in place. The feet will accumulate dust and become slipper on a surface. just wipe down.

Do this. Walmart, Target, even the dollar store has some non-slip pads and stuff that can easily sit under your keyboard. I use them all around the house for certain applications as well.
