resource stall problem with sc2

I know other people have had this problem, but I'm not sure if anyone has corrected it. What happens is I'll be playing, and then all of a sudden the game starts freezing. It always does it 11 times every minute and it is VERY fuckin annoying. I've tried using a wired connection, I've tried restarting my modem and router, I've tried the unit preloader, and now I'm just lost on what to do. It doesn't happen everygame, but it happens for about 10 minutes straight in about 3 out of every 5 games I play. I have a vod below if anyone wants to see what im talking about.

Here are my pc specs just incase they're needed:

i5 2320
6 GB DDR3 (2+4)
1TB HDD 7200rpm
Radeon HD 5850

Playing at 1600x900 with all settings on medium (have tried on all low as well as high and ultra)

EDIT: did a little more research and its not that it happens every minute, but it stalls 11 times whenever a fight happens.

Usual questions: Do you have the same problems in replays, games vs AI or campaign mode?

nah, I don't have them in replays. I actually think it's just my connection though because it only happens when streaming (sometimes it happens when i'm not streaming but, not very often).

That pretty much sounds like your connection can't handle the data while you are streaming. Did you try a speedtest? Do you use WLAN und cable?

Sometimes I use wireless, sometimes I use direct connection. I think it has to do with the existing wiring in my house. The house is pretty old and most of everything (electrical) has been left the way it is because the landlord is a cheap bastard.

What are your speedtest results and what are your stream settings? The information really needed here...

Your settings are probably too high and the stream is taking over all the bandwidth while your game is starving.

Well my connection is supposed to be 20 down 2 up, but on speedtest I usually get around 18.5 down and 1.9up. I stream at either 1066x600 or 914x514 with 900bitrate and 128audio. Quality is set to 7
