Hi guys!
I started to stream and really like to do it, but I cant stream every game because I get some ingame lag when I do it. I mainly stream Diablo 3 and I don't have that problem, but when I stream PoE (on minimal settings) I get that video lag, and also when I stream League of Legends, no matters what configuration I'm using on the client. This ingame lag dissapear when stop streaming, and can play PoE on max settings.
So let me show you my characteristics of my computer :
Intel Core i5 3570K overclocked to 4.2 ghz
Nvidia GTX 660 Ti (asus)
8 gb ram Kingston KHX1600C9D3/4G
Asrock Z77 Pro4-M, DIMM, DDR3-SDRAM, dual, Intel, Socket H2(1155), Core i3, Core i5, Core i7
Antec H2O 620 120 x 27 x 151 mm
Temperature is running arround the 45-50 on CPU and 60 on GPU.

And if you can tell me if I can stream at 1080 will be awsome ^_^
My OBS settings are :
Encoding - Quality 7 ; bitrate 1450 buffer 1450
Video - Custom 1920x1080 Resolution Downscale 1.5 (1280x720)
Advanced - Use Multithread Optimizations - ProcessPriority normal
Advanced (video) x264 cpu preset - veryfast

I think that's because of my Internet that I can't do 1080 but I will try it out,
can you help with the ingame lag of other games? like lol or PoE?

Your internet wont stop you from setting an encoding resolution, you are just limited to certain bitrates which you might not want to use for higher resolutions because quality suffers, 1920x1080 can look pretty nice with 1500kbit bitrate for something like LoL though.
I meant its normal to feel the video lag, you can maybe adjust settings some but not "fix" it. Are you using vsync, what FPS do you have without and with OBS (either use the same scene/part of the game or compare an average using a program - eye testing is suprisingly unreliable here) etc

FPS don't drop just the video it's lagging. Let me check if I have a video and post it!

If your stream is lagging and your games aren't suffering from reduced FPS you will want to run lower quality stream settings. Your stream will only lag when your upload rate is not high enough to support the setting you're using. Start by lowering the "quality" setting in video options. If you can't find a good balance, lower the res. to 720p from 1080p. That should fix it.
EDIT: It's important to note that your viewers won't all have the greatest bitrate. Having lower quality stream may look a little worse, but if viewers is what you want, your stream will be more accessible the lower your bitrate.

So just your stream is lagging? Stream lag is often caused by streaming to a bad server, too high a bitrate or using the wrong method of capture. Posting an OBS log file would be helpful.

If possible, try to cap the frame rate in PoE. It looks like it's using all the GPU, not leaving enough for OBS to process the stream.

You can probably use the software with any card (im not sure though)

I already have this one with my Video Driver - ASUS GPU Tweak so it has the same as the Evga stats. But I think that the problem comes from the video card as I was checking out the Processor charge and it was arround 30% when fps was droping at 1-3 with xsplit and now I'm just trying to update my drivers to my video card and also I will check out the nvidia gpu boost or something like that wich I found on nvida.com site.

Ok i fixed it. Have to add a game capture, and make a scene only for the game/client and not use screen caputre (monitor) capture,.

No Ingame-Lag anymore despite 200 FPS
