Edit: I did this fix (http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/4062847720?page=5). I was worried about the file messing things up but it seems to have worked, I was able to download the maps and play a game on ladder. So far no problems hopefully its fixed for good. | ||

My cell phone uses wireless internet and that is not affected by the outage that is happening now. good luck and long live the swarm! | ||
