So to kill time before watching the GSL, I opened up a random video from my GOM player, but the screen size is bugged. As my GOM opens in windowed mode, the video doesn't adjust to the size of the window, when maximized, it just stays in the upper left corner of the player, even in full screen mode. I tried restoring to defaults and re-installing but its still the same. This applies to all my videos now as well as the streaming GSL
pics with crude paint art to describe my problem:
1. in windowed mode, red circles show the dead area. + Show Spoiler +
2. maximized (which is practically the same as full screen mode) + Show Spoiler +
I admit I'm not tech savvy or video savvy so any help would be appreciated, thanks!
PS. Did a search for this, but most gom problems were streaming related, so if there has been a similar topic, I apologize and the mods can close/direct me to it

Hello there,
Try right-clicking on player, then video->use default screen size. Might have happened that you set something here.
Regards.

I already am on default screen size. I set everything to defaults and tested it to the same result, same goes for uninstalling. I still double checked this, and its still the same.
Thanks for trying though

Have a look around in the "Window Size" submenu (shortcut keys 5+6+7). Also make sure that you have 'centered' your image under "Video - Details" (this won't open unless you have set it to "Zoom in by Aspect Ratio" - set it back to default afterwards.

I was about to try what HellGreen said, but for some reason, the problem fixed itself on its own? Seems like a weird bug, first time it has ever happened to me though. If it happens again, I'll use this for reference. Thanks again
