Starcraft 2 Language Packs for Clients

I've recently purchased a Korean (Taiwanese to be precise) Starcraft 2 account. To access the server I could use a relocalizer to allow for the same language on a different server but it would be easier for me (and given I can't get the relocalizer to work, it also poses problems with patches) to use the Taiwanese client to access the server. Are there any official or unofficial methods of replacing the taiwanese language on the client with English?

Is there some sort of functionality in the relocalizer that will change language but not region, will emailing blizzard tech support help?
