The 25/7 option from teksavvy is really good. Everyone I know have said good things About the 25/7 plan.

Cable only available in Ontario.Meh,that sucks for me. What's the main difference between DSL and cable? Why is the upload so low with cable ?

Cable is used for television as well so it's primarily design I think, I don't know the specifics.

The primary difference between the two services is that cable suffers from congestion while DSL suffers from distance.

7Mbps upload isn't ADSL so don't be mistaken, ADSL with Teksavvy is still limited to 1Mbps. VDSL is required for 7Mbps upload.

So if I understand correctly, as a streamer I should go with the VDSL ? What is the difference between ADSL and VDSL? There's no VDSL service on their website, so i'm wondering..I'm just gueesing that VDSL is DSL.

Companies don't differentiate between ADSL, VDSL, etc since your average consumer doesn't need to know these useless things. VDSL is the only way you're getting more than 1Mbps upload for DSL so that's the biggest difference. VDSL isn't widely available and Teksavvy only offers one plan (25/7), Bell offers the other ones (12/7, 16/7).

edit: oh I guess you can bond lines as well but that's going to be more expensive
