Sorry, that's not gonna happen. It would be extremely difficult (borderline impossible if not actually impossible) and would cost wayyyy too much $ for a minimal upgrade.
EDIT: This is assuming you meant the components inside, not a new laptop, haha. I may be misinterpreting.

One or both of those is definitely not true lol.

Actually this probably would be better, free shipping so it's a bit cheaper than the Logisys one, the brand has slightly better reputation(logisys reputation is pretty hard to beat <_<) and well yeah.
Also of course it's not a 480w PSU, I expect 200W peak, but as I said that 300$ system wouldn't use more than 100w so its ok.

Not that mini, that's normal OEM size... like what low-end ACERs are for instance. mini-ITX is a totally different thing.

Which ram should I choose? Mushkin or Kingston? I know it doesn't really matter but I'm kinda a perfectionist, even if I can squeeze out an extra half percent or so of performance from something as small as ram. Building an i5-2500k desktop for a little of everything, not just gaming. Thanks!

Yes it's enough. You take into account build quality, pricing, power provided on the 12v rail, and the amount of connectors when deciding on the power supply. Warranty, noise, post-sale support can also be taken into account as well.

And the CX 430v2 is a good unit in all of those aspects. Also, excaliburPT, that build will never draw in excess of ~200W under full synthetic load so even the CX430v2 will be less than half-loaded when you're gaming or something.

Thank you guys
