SC2Tools v1.0.2 Download
What's new:
- Added icons on all Tabs
- [Game Info] added shortcuts for game and editor
- [Units Hotkeys] added keys: ` [ ] / \. Removed: 'Label' CheckBox. Fixed bug with 'Research Stim Pack' (Program searches and delete line with StimPack). Removed buildings without buttons like 'Assimilator', 'Pylon', etc.
- [UI Hotkeys] added 'Button 3' and 'Legend'. Optimized code and changes logic
- Reworked [About] tab
- Mass small changes
Question: Does anyone know how can i be owner of old topic for changing 1st post when new version is coming?
I asked admin about it. He said: "its impossible, you can make new topic"
Also i made simple site http://sc2tools.ucoz.com/ where i will upload tool. Atm using it as file server.

Well you could probably apply for a Moderator spot at TL 
I doubt that the admin panel allows users to be mods of single threads, so the admin you asked most likely is right (not very surprising...)
Just create a new thread, include a link to this thread and copy the guide from this thread over (I assume that Tamerlane has no objections, but you can PM him just in case). Also post a link to the new thread here and ask Tamerlane to add a link to the new thread in the first post of this one.
Name the new thread "Hotkey Changer SC2Tools" or something like that (admins can still rename the tread title so don't break your head over it :p ). I guess that should about do it.

You really should make a new thread. This tool is awesome and you should always update the first post so its easy to spot new releases.

The 'research stim' hotkey now says "no variable" for me and I can't assign anything to it  Thank you for your hard work tho tiler this tool definitely deserves more attention and its own thread!

Just a note, but even though you have the abiity to map those special keys, SC2 won't recognize their input if you are on Standard.

Thanks a lot for this. I use grid but wanted to change attack to A instead of T. I had to go through every single command and change it to grid but it's better than nothing. I dunno if it would be hard to change the original grid layout, as you do with standard now but it would save some people a lot of time! Thanks again.

Would like to give props to Tiler for the SC2Tools application. Changed the awful camera and heroes keys and it worked like a charm. gg.

I tried Changing "Town Camera" To W as a zerg but it wont work.
Any idea why? i keep saving and when i open sc2tools again it goes backspace again.
i am able to change my Move button though.

1. MPQ Open (loads current UI hotkeys)
2. Change 'Town Camera' to W
3. MPQ Save (saves changed UI hotkeys back to MPQ archive)
4. And it works fine!

but seriously, you could save yourself a ton of time and just compile the MPQ PC side then copy paste it over (disclaimer: this may or may not work =p)

i have trouble even knowing the name of the scroll wheel button :s i managed to assign the town camera to buttons i felt comfortable with but i originally wanted it at the scroll wheel :s how is it called in that program?

I don't think it can assign mouse buttons. You would have to do it with some mouse driver software (Logitech SetPoint etc)

I have this same problem and would really appreciate a fix or some advice on how I might go about fixing it myself. If it helps any, I actually caused this problem after manually changing my hotkeys with the .txt files in the MPQ; i.e., I never edited my MPQ with SC2Tools. My changes (build bunker hotkey, lift building hotkey) worked fine, but it fucked up stim for some reason. Anyone have any ideas here?
