It shoud blend(merge?) into the rest of the body nicely. prolly has to be in grey too for that and the shape of the head has to be a little little different. but that pic on page 1 is also nice. (i've seen it before i posted btw^^)

Thats about it ^^ Do you find the wacom is necessary to produce quality work on a tablet or can it be done with other tablet pc's like toshiba? Or in terms of hardware is it more about the pen? As for the critiques of the zlot looking too "feminine", I would say it has a more androgenous look - which I think suits the Toss well. I can't quite put my finger on it but it has a kind of hip-hop feel to it, maybe it's the slightly slouched or relaxed posture that reminds me of the martial arts protagonists in afro-samurai or samurai champloo.

Well, the quality of the work depends on the creator, not on the tools he uses. Though, for this particular style its much easier to work on with the tablet, at least for coloring. Glad you liked it!

but w/e ;o it looks damn gosu! I think this artwork fits more appropriately for SC:BW, rather than the upcoming SC2... units look alot different in SC2.. a lot more like WC3, bigger units and almost a slower pace. I'm thinking/hoping that SC:BW will still have a good following and supporting. The Zealot looks sick. I'm so totally in love w/ Protoss! If it wasn't for Protoss, their race, their pride, their units and their history I woulda quit SC a long time ago. What with the utter boredom of terran, being the same shit every game and Zerg being so rediculously weak that u need 504584905 units to beat terran MM(until u get darkswarm, then ZvT seems imba). I'll definately check out SC2 for the continuing storyline of the Protoss as well as the new units / spells etc. but I think SC:BW will still be more entertaining because of its complexity and how fast-paced it is. With as much effort as todays progamers put into the game and as deep as the mechanics and conduction of strategy go w/ SC:BW.. I just don't see that it would completely die and it's community fall off of the map once SC2 hits shelves. p.s. the MAN-lot pic was very deserving ^ ^ heres hoping for more artwork, dragoon / carrier / high-temp / dark-temp / ArChon even! glgl Protoss <3 4 Aiur 4 Adun

But overall decent job, the armor is what really shines, so you could work more on your silhouette drawing.
