The title describes it pretty good. I ended the last season in Gold 1 with my mmr and my rank at the same level. I directly got in to ranked and got placed in Bronze 2 wich confused me since my mmr was defiantly higher but i played a few rounds got promoted to Bronze 1 and continued grinding. After a while and around 800 ladder points higher (which took far to long since i got opponents with an mmr about 2800) i was in the top 10 in my devision. I looked up on what you need to get a promotion since that didn’t happened and landed on Liquidpedia where i read that to get out of bronze you need an estimated 1200 ladder points so i continued playing and i am now at 1000 ladder points wich took again far to long because i get opponents my mmr. Loses are btw extremely frustrating because i lose a loot of ladder points because I got no bonus-pool. Is there there an easier way to get promoted? Should i stop playing for a week to get some bonus-pool or insta quit matches to get my mmr down? Pleas help me

Not an Expert, but I think ladder points are pretty much irrelevant since LotV. Same for your place in your devision . All that matters is MMR, so tanking points will defnatly not help you.

Ladder points are unrelated to MMR or league placement. The existence of points alongside MMR is probably quite confusing. In addition to that, there is currently a bug affecting the placement of accounts even with proper MMR. So, I understand completely why you might be concerned about it.
There is a website that reports the MMR boundaries which Blizzard exposes via the public API, although these boundaries are distorted in EU and missing in KR, following a quick peek. We have told Blizzard numerous times that these things have been broken, and to their credit, they have been fixed. But then they broke again. And they break again every season.
So I understand your concern. If you want to measure your improvement, I advise that you use your MMR and not your league to do so, as underwhelming as that may be. You might be able to be put in a proper league according to your MMR by leaving the current league you're in and then playing another ladder game, but I am not sure 100% if that will work, especially if the MMR boundaries are still bugged.
So yeah, tl;dr league placement is bugged, we told Blizzard, they fixed it, it broke again, it remains broken now. Sucks but that seems to be the reality nowadays.

What are your match stats? How many games played and how many of those did you win? That is the only thing that matters. If you're >50% you will go up in ranks. If you're not you belong where you are.

try leave league and match again

My W/L was 90 Wins to 70 Losses an i now leaft my leage and ranked myself again but i am again placed in Bronze 1 wich is not what i expected but since the devision is not nearly full (only about 40 players) and for some reason i have 600 bonus pool i have hopes for this one.

I had a similar thing happen. Been steady Platinum for years. When I played my placement match this season I got placed in Bronze. I've played vs Bronze, Platinum and Master league players. No Silver, Gold, Diamond nor GM opponents yet. All my opponents have had similar MMR, so it seems to be purely a placement bug.

There is an option in your profile somewhere called 'leave league'. It will let you re-do your placements. Sometimes there is a bug where people get placed into the wrong league despite their MMR.

Had the same thing happen with me.. Masters with P/T & Random and guess what, my main is Z, got bugged and got dropped into a lower league but mmr stayed the same. Placement bug is annoying but you can always re-do your placement matches after leaving a league.

You have 600 bonus pool because you left your league and joined a new one. It resets your division ranking points and your bonus pool.
The league borders are bugged again this season. You should ignore the border for now and just pay attention to what league your mmr would actually be. On the score screen after a game, it should actually say what league your mmr puts you in on the progress bar as long as your mmr does not match your current league.

I had the same problem but at some point i got promoted after every win to my proper league. I didn't do anything special to trigger the promotions just played normally
