Go to C:\Users\Your user name\Documents\StarCraft II\Accounts\string of numbers goes here, will be different for everyone\Hotkeys and select your custom hotkey profile
Open the hotkey text document, find the TargetChoose=LeftMouseButton, delete it and replace it with
TargetChoose=LeftMouseButton,Q,W,E,R,T,Y,U,I,O,P,A,S,D,F,G,H,J,K,L,Z,X,C,V,B,N,M
Now every ability in the game, be it co-op, arcade maps, campaign or multiplayer can be rapid cast. If you don't want to rapid cast, then don't hold down the hotkey (press it once) + click the LMB.
