I just want to search for any pro player's match history in tournaments. Is there any other website that provides this?
Is there an alternative to Aligulac?

If you really want to dig deep you can always go down the rabbit whole of liquipedia and the ESL/challonge website, and work it out yourself I guess Edit: Gosugamer has a data base although it's not as complete as aligulac. https://www.gosugamers.net/starcraft2/rankings

Or any opportunity to create an alternative maybe? Maybe over TLPD or something... Imo Aligulac is good, the problem is you can barely use it because its so slow and sometimes completely unaccessible.

The real problem is not making it, the problem is having people maintaining it years from now.

Even if the original product won't be updated, having access to the source and a dump of the database means someone could duplicate and create an updated version of the site without having to redo the entire thing.

Better try to fix the server issue than looking for an alternative. This. Aligulac is by far the best out there. They just need to fix the server issues and everything is great :D
