Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why do you need one of each race on your team? In the past, Proleague used to have a rule where teams needed to send out at least one player of each race in their lineup. I guess that's fair. Still a shame we can't create any gimmicky single-race teams.
I still don't get why a captain doesn't get a bonus for winning.
It'd add a little more strategy to this. As it stand now, the captain is usually a low-pointer who'll probably never play/satisfies race requirement, or the opposite in someone who almost always wins. Very few meet the latter criteria.
The captain needs a middle ground to give a little more high risk high reward.

Captains currently decide tie breakers and can't be traded, but I have considered giving them additional +1 for wins, -1 for losses. But I feel like that would make captain scoring unnecessarily convoluted, and would make most of the top teams have the same captains. Still thinking of a better way to make captain choices more decisive without causing teams to become too similar.

If there's too much game playing strategy involved, then it detracts from the basic purpose of FPL, which is a competition of who has the best judgement regarding good and bad players.

Question out of curiosity:
Is anyone aiming for the bottom? Or expecting that they'll hit rock bottom?

the true achievement is to try to be good and do terribly

Last place would be too easy to reach by trading players in and out as many times as possible.
Although someone could still aim for a gimmick like "highest score possible with a 6-point main and a 27-point anti". I don't think anyone's doing any of those.

Losira Bbyong Hush YongHwa Creator ByuL ST-YFW seemed like a terrible team going into the first round. It would have tied for first place with the right anti-team :D

On further consideration and actually viewing the lineups I swapped Curious and Solar for Myungsik and Marineking, although picking between MarineKing and Solar was hard...

Your Anti team is 5 over. I suggest replacing Leenock or Dear with a a 2/3 pointer who won't ever play...

What about giving them +1 if they got chosen as an ace? This way you can also take someone as a captain who isn't super good but has a good chance to be an ace like solar, Creator, marineking. And maybe -1 if they are not in the line up?

How do captains decide ties, is it just whoever's captain has earned more points total? Also, what are all the different tiebreakers if both teams have the same captain?

That's an interesting scenario, but I imagine it would relatively rare. In which case, is that when we call Hellspawn to bring forth The Coin?

Hmm, just a bit of advice, I wouldn't expect to see Sorry until later in the round so I might pick another three pointer for now, or if you just want SKT points go with billowy or dynamite since they're cheaper. (take this with a grain of salt, I usually make bad decisions like this :D)

The thing is though, I'm not even sure who would be worth it at 3 points. I have no faith in HerO and KeeN is a total wild card and matched up against Dream in set 4.
And if I took Billowy or Dynamite for 2 points I have no idea what I would use the extra point for. I'll take all the advice I can get, though, as notoriously bad as it may be
