Q: How do you feel? A: I thought it was impossible to win when down 1-3. But I ended up being very lucky.
Q: Why are you so lucky? A: I should have won it 4-0, but I made a mistake of selecting all the army (shirnk:F2 Zerg?) when I need groups. I lost a lot of troops because of that.
Q: The 7th game was a proxy spawning, a big disadvantage to you. A: I never play that map (Inferno Pools) on ladder because of the imbalance. I thought I was going to lose after knowing where he was. But he made mistakes and I won it.
Q: What kind of mistakes? A: He didn't build the wall up, so my Zerglings could come in. Otherwise I wouldn't win it.

It's ok to lose some games vs Maru, we won't judge you. You still won!

He literally could've win the whole tournament without dropping a single map. He should've just being playing better on all maps. eZpZ :D

Last map was massive fail by maru on those spawn possition unwinable for zerg if terran play safe. If i forgot first map too it was good finale.

You know there is a problem with the map set when championship winners are making comments about it in interviews >.>
Obvious mistakes from Maru in the final unfortunately, but life played really really well with his army manipulation throughout.

Obvious mistakes from Maru in the final unfortunately, but life played really really well with his army manipulation throughout. You also know there's something wrong with balance if champion caliber players say the widow mine is more imbalanced than broodlord infestor. Terran proceeded to have under 10% code S representation.
Sometimes (most times) pro players aren't objective.

Wow this is some real old school Zerg whine.

Maru threw really hard, he should have won this 4-0

If Life would have won those games, he would have 4-0ed Maru. Life felt he could have played well enough to not lose those games.

I could be a pro player if I played perfectly!

I think we all know that the inferno map sucks massive balls. Tournaments should feel so ashamed for having it in the map pool. I've always thought tournaments would just be so much better if they asked pros which maps they wanted and picked the ones that all races were okay with...
Maru absolutely had the final game won just from map spawns, so I don't feel too bad about Life winning it in the way he did. Either way it was sort of like a coinflip, heh.

They do. The problem is there's at least a hundred pros and they all carry styles that apply to different maps as a result. There is no map that is universally liked by every single pro or universally disliked, and it's not just a matter of races. It's just an inherit problem with maps, really. You'll never have a map pool where everyone likes every map, both in competitive play and casual play.
