Wow. I hope we'll see this economic change in the exhibition matches. 2vs2 with single base, please.

I am sorry but who in his right mind would suggest unkillable nydus worms and SWARM HOSTS THAT CAN DEPLOY WITHOUT BURROWING. AND FREAKING FLYING SWARMLINGS!?!?!?!? This is beyond broken.
The unkillable nydus should just get a free HP upgrade when you get a hive. That's enough to make it stoppable early-midgame and still a surprise harass threat mid-lategame, but definitely not OP or unkillable.
And the swarm hosts? Just freaking remove them already. They're an awful unit and lurkers are much more interesting.
Oh the protoss and terran changes? Great, great! I like them. Buffing the protoss air and nerfing the warpin madness is the right way to go. Protoss was never meant to be an OP warpin race. As a protoss player, I think this would make the race much more interesting!

I really like the new changes to mining and such. MacroMicro being made an official mode is awesome.
That said, I don't care for any of the added units.

I'm excited to try the stuff out. It's probably not fair to judge until you have played it.

I feel the same way in the end. The ideas and the ambition are great, but the actual units and overhauls look really lackluster and poorly executed.

As a Terran player, I'm totally fine with that. It's ridiculously broken vs Protoss in HotS/WoL. Nydus all-ins would be impossible to stop, LotV will change everything and all the timings are different, but it still might need to be a late-game upgrade.

Spawn time is much longer, so it won't be broken. Settle down and stop acting like a 7 year old.

Already decided I'm getting the collector's edition a long time ago. I can't pre-order quickly enough!!

Wow, this is huge. I love the zerg's update so much ! Still, i'm skeptical about workers changes, but wait and see. Anyway, Blizzard showed his balls, this is pretty exciting

Damn how have you gotten to play the game so much already? Can you tell us more about what is good and what is ridiculously broken?
Or are you just assuming that after watching a 4 minute hype clip from an alpha version of the game...?

gawd i'm so pumped! excellent changes everyone quit whining!

At least for me. The glorious first years of SC2 will never come back and shall remain in remembrance. Bro, there are bigger changes than just new units How about that 12 starting worker and 1000 per mineral patch. That is going to fuck the 3 base meta for sure. 5 base meta incoming. And everyone whines because games are long, stale and boring. If you watched the videos, you couldnt say this. It is very obvious they realize these kind of games are bad and added several options to all races to end the stalemate in an instant. Warping BCs? Tempests DoT? Zergs with invincible nyduses? etc etc The three changes that will disappear once the videos have been seen by anyone in charge with a brain. But I can understand where they are going, it doesn't seem a bad idea, but this will have to be made very carefully. If it's too hard to ever get 4-5 bases most games will be played 2-3 bases all-in.
and if its to easy to get 4-5 bases we will see 1 hour turtle into deathball every game. we already have a perfectly working economy system, no reason to change it and possibly break the game

This thread is off to a good start, hopefully it will not degrade down to complaining which unit none of use have ever used will require zero micro.
Super pumped for the protoss changes. WP, the ball of death and the oracle changes are awesome.

That's how BW worked.
Though they might have to reduce the cost and build time of cc/hatch/nexus to balance these changes.
