perhaps it s only 12 workers for this demo/alpha so it goes faster and doesnt take too long during blizzcon/unit testing.
Anyways we cannot say they do things lightly, which is kinda good: Now let s wait for the beta date

I think you missed the faster moving now anti ground tempest who got the ability to destroy every unit in the game ( ultra will survive with some hp due to reg ) in 50 secs. Or the new Warp Prism which can pick up units form about 4 range away. Or this new 4 secounds invincable bomb, this new immortal not dying to high dps, new oracle traps...
But hey, balance discussion before Alpha confirmed.

Is it just me or...given the upgrades to Banshees coupled with the regen on Mutas, Medivac boosters and the existence of the Oracle...is it suddenly a bloody nightmare for Protoss to move out against air units given that Overcharge is ground only now?
I'd say its back to WoL-type play except for the fact that with the lower income per base that's also going to be impossible.
Considering this is the "Protoss version" of the trilogy as a whole it feels like P got kinda hammered by these changes.
