You do know Zest and Life play each other in the first round right?
Strange that you get more points for a player reaching the finals than for winning it. I guess it's because a player who wins will also get the points for reaching the finals, but unless I'm mistaken that's also true for the previous rounds but the points for those are all incrementally larger.
Anyway, I picked: Captain: Bomber Players: Taeja, herO and Innovation
I actually don't think Taeja will beat soO but my fanboyism won't allow me to not pick him.
Keep in mind (this is at least what I understood from reading the rules) the four players you pick now are JUST FOR THE RO16. You get to pick two new, different players after that round. So don't pick dark horses for winning the whole thing, pick players who you think will win in the RO16. (If I've got these rules wrong please let me know)
I picked Bomber (Captain), Zest, MMA and Classic (the latter to make me feel slightly better if he beats Polt; if Polt wins I'll be happy enough that I won't care about this fantasy league). Stayed away from herO because it's a PvP in the RO16 and from INnoVation because I feel like he's vulnerable to HyuN's style. INno has always been weak to aggressive, timing-oriented Zerg who won't let him go into full macro mode.

Should have made TaeJa the captain
I thought about it, but since captains get double points I would have felt pretty silly if I made Taeja captain and he lost. If it were purely symbolic, or had a more minor restriction like FPL's no trade thing, I would definitely have made him captain, but I want to win and get that cute zergling plushie.
Captain is Jaedong because bias. Then her0 Zest and soO. Saying that I really think Jaedong can beat bomber and then his next opponent just not sure he can take up to finals, but JD wasn't predicted to do well last time so never doubt the dong.

Thanks for the info or headsup Yaki.
I went with Innovation(captain), herO, San and MMA.
I feel Life can take Zest I don't dare even guess who wins Taeja vs soO, Polt cs Classic I can't really call either.
Bomber I think will take Jaedong but I don't want to bet against JD, I love both Bomber and JD and this way I don't have to cheer for anyone =P
MMA and Stardust feels like a tossup but its the matchup I can guess most surely of.
herO should be the captain for every team. LOL The skill gap between him and MC is just too big to ignore. Then I will probably go with bomber, zest, inno.
I'm hoping I can trade after each round, otherwise I'm totally screwed.
I picked SoO, Zest, Innovation and Bomber (just to get somebody on the other side of the bracket). Half of that bracket is the most stupidly stacked I've ever seen.
