I think Hydra had too much fun at Redbull lol

My apartment is open for any KeSPA pros who need a place to train and stay :B

Hydra's name doesn't have as much of a draw as some of these other free agents, though. Hard to compete with them for offers while wanting to move countries etc. But that's a strong commitment he is looking to make, too. Hope he finds a good home. I only really trust liquid or acer to give these players everything, opportunity wise. Funny, EG is a name I would have said a long time ago.. but now it's like.. are they trying to drop out of SC2 entirely?

It will be hilarious if Blizzard end up prohibiting anyone with gorgeous hair and narrow shape of eyes from playing outsid Korea

If everyone goes to Prime.....

So, considering that TRUE is technically in Dead Pixels, we now have:
DRG Rain PartinG FanTaSy Hydra
4 Code S playoffs level guys and FanTaSy, who can really get them, lol. + There is Myungsik who left KT Rolster as well.
TL won't get anyone until TJ retires most likely, Acer will get probably one and outside of those two, noone really seems legit contender. YOE FLASH WOLVES FOR THE RESCUE PLEASE.
On less serious note, i hope they're still going to play in SPL. Wow look at that list of names who will never reach Code S again. Everyone knows foreign Koreans can't compete in Korea. Failures looking for easy foreign money.
Poll: Kespa fanboys tears are...(Vote): 1) Delicious
Moar plz

The situation is very chaotic, but in the same time - everything is too logical, if you think for a moment. It's not fair to be one of the best and to play with the best players and not to participate in more tournaments like all other pro's arround the wolrd. The Proleague is over for this year, and this is the last GSL too. There are few empty months without tournaments, and in the same time every month IEM and Dreamhacks happen, while foreign players are collecting more WCS points for Blizzcon. And you may be one of the best, but If you are not a champion in Code S, you're nothing and your carreer is unsecure. Yes, it is also about money, it's not like what Parting is talking about, money and WCS points and many tournaments for which koreans are hungry. Damn, in Code A there are so many good players which can defeat most of the NA and Europe WCS regions, but they are in a shadow! So I can understand the decidion that Rain, Parting, Fantasy or Hydra made. Who cares if you lose some shape out of Korea, for the foreing fans you're superhero, and that is what so many koreans desire for!

Solar and Zest both losing to Taeja? Check. San beating Byul into the ground? Check. DRG making the Ro8? Check. I'd never say that you don't know what you're talking about, but it certainly looks that way. How bored are you that you answered to a post, that called Rain a failure looking for easy foreign money?
I probably should have left the at the end of my post. I assumed the sarcasm as obvious. My bad.

I'd say WCS NA is about 2 supply from Code S.

I don't understand why KeSPA can't just give more opportunity to its players to participate in foreign weekend tournaments, and why Blizzard can't just give more money/leagues to Korea, instead of this awkward foreign team hunt situation.

Because their sponsors gain nothing from letting the players go overseas. Just like a foreign team's sponsor gains (almost) nothing from competing on PL.

First SKT. Now CJ. KT next? WCS 2015 having a huge effect already.

I'm thinking these players are saying they aren't renewing their contracts because they want to go to the foreign scene, but in reality all the KeSPA teams are offering lower-paying contracts in light of the new WCS rules and they think they can get better somewhere else.

KeSPA teams care way more about Proleague than they do GSL.

At this rate, proleague 2015 will be round robin of 4 teams that last for one week.

I can't imagine what it has been like to live in a Korean team house for years, toiling away at your computer station 12-14 hours a day (? actual number of hours but it seems to be a lot), knowing that there is a world out there that you may not get to experience any other way than trying to play SC2 in Europe or the U.S.
These are young men who soon must "grow up," do their required time in the military (a bit scary with N. Korea and China nearby?) and then get "real" jobs. This may be a big opportunity for them to see new places, different people, meet more fans, experience the world. Will it work out that way? Who knows? I bet a lot of young people in the U.S. would jump at the chance to do something they love, something they are good (or great) at, and make the most of this time when they are free to travel and explore parts of the world.

soO stays behind in GSL to finally win now that all the good protosses are gone. Still loses to State in the finals.
