They don't invest anything. They will just earn less money with ads, but that's all.

Doing a stream in a studio is more expensive than you think.

If they work 2-3 hours for almost no income to share between all the people involved then the company will sunk. They also have to payback the investment they made into all their devices.

Kinda funny how it's fine in Korea to use more than the official partner twich, while in Europe using dailymotion is a big deal? I think they recently switched to twitch.tv. I don't know if some of the others means of diffusion remains though.

Last 9 months were already spend trying to find an agreement, which has still not been found. Will you continue to make statements without thinking them through or just reading the thread beforehand ? Cause if yes, no need to continue posting. I'd loooove for Totalbiscuit to look at your two posts about streamers, I'd get a good laugh seeing his face :-D edit : the money they could win would be used not only to pay for infrastructures and streamers, to reimburse loans, to prove to investors they are sustainable, to gain exposure and offer the community more good quality shows like Iron Squid or Nation Wars, etc, etc, etc... to *grow* and not die a slow death. Please, think for a second. These are not "fixed expenses". lol.

The English stream did, but since twitch is super laggy for Koreans (most of the time) the Korean stream is still not on twitch afaik.

It's not because they send 1 or 2 emails in the 9 months prior WCS that I can that "negotiations". Btw, I post if I want to. For the TB argument, i'm pretty sure TB would do what can sustain him at least for the time it takes to find something else to do. I never stated we should stay in the statu quo, but at least streaming for a bit with Twitch, letting at least a bunch french people watching WCS, and getting a small income.

GOMexp app that you can use to watch live streams (even as a foreigner). Given that I'm not in Korea or using a VPN and can't read Korean properly I actually can't provide you with much, besides the fact that the little banner under the casters at gom says Afreeca for the Korean stream.

I don't see any problem about the GOMexp app, mobile or not, they are still partner with WCS so they can stream on it. Ok, I just look at Afreeca, it seems that they are all restream, there are a shit tons of them tho.
