Yeh I launched that idea as well on our internal Skype group about an hour ago. That might be pretty good actually. Something like 155 damage Irradiate, that gives it enough life so if you within like 15 seconds or so get back into creep, then your Lurker can survive. That's probably the best solution in terms of rewarding skill for the zerg POV. I also really like this idea. How I think would be good to do this is make irradiate have "dps steps" so the first say 20 seconds do the normal dps (to keep it's devestating effect vs muta clumps) and then the next say 20 seconds it's damage will be lowered to the point where the affected unit will slowly tick down (possibly not even aoe anymore) if off creep but stay at about the same health with creep regen bonus. Maybe you want 3 dps steps, 15 seconds full dmg, 15 seconds less dmg and then 10 seconds stable on creep. All my numbers are just ideas, dont take them too seriously. Much respect to Starbow and its dev team. | ||

I like this idea, but I don't think it addresses the increased strength of lurker/defiler turtle now that Terran can't kill lurkers that are burrowed at a natural with irradiate. Also, could the reaver have its delay reduced to 1s rather than 2, or even 0.5s? Right now you can't fire it fast enough to micro into the shuttle, so it just gets targeted too easily by terran. | ||

I created a Facebook page to help spread the word a bit more. If there is gonna be a Twitter account, why not Facebook too? The Starbow team can of course have the page if they plan on keeping it active or I can shut it down if you guys have your own plan for a Facebook page. If the team is cool with the page, I can just do the little bit of work it takes to maintain it. My plan is to post good VODs, streams, patch news, etc, and just use it as another way that people can hear about Starbow. | ||

That being said - I just played few games (with a friend) in StarBow and it's very nice. Of course we're terrible at it but it is fun to play. | ||
