Now only if he put half as much effort into fixing his attitude as he does with his weight problems he would become a great sc2 personality. Unfortunately he still seems to have a, well lack of a better term childish personality. Such as calling people names and looking down on others etc.. etc..

I am saying that diet makes like 80% of your body comp, exercise 19.5% and then 0.5% are genetics for almost all of us. In terms of relative weight. I am sorry I did not spell it out to the last detail for you, I should have known you don't understand it otherwise... my bad! Oh and fyi to not look like desrow you do not have to commit hardcore to a strict diet for the rest of your life, eating somewhat healthy in reasonable amounts and spending a half hour of your waking time doing some form of physical activity is way more than enough for that. But go ahead and make excuses for others for no reason at all. User was temp banned for this post. Spreading false information based on no research or prior knowledge...

Drumming is extremely good if you want to lose weight, especially stuff like energic rock, or even better, heavy/extreme metal (because double bass drumming is physical as fuck) Damn, I'm 136.7 lb, each time I pick up my sticks and practice for 1 to 3 hours (mostly extreme metal), I feel I've lost 10 lb of sweat after each session haha.

Not everyone who runs a mile will lose 300 calories. There are people who easily gain weight due to their genetic make up, this is a simple fact. They have to work harder to lose weight. Yes, life is unfair and it is true that it is up to them to put in the extra effort to stay fit in the modern society of developed world. However, saying genetics only apply in extremely rare cases is entirely wrong. stop feeding the trolls, let him spread all the misinformation he wants Not like any sensible person would take dieting advice from a gaming forum.

Commit to the gym like 3 days per week, 1 ou 2 hours, plus a better diet and lots of water.. I bet you in a few months you will loose so much and feel so much better that you will never stop! Go for it.. don't give up! It's hard but it pays off and eat carrots

The best thing would be to take a break from Sc2 and really focus on getting healthy and changing your lifestyle. Then once you are in a better state of mind and healthier decide to go back into Sc2. Sacrificing your health to try to live a very stressful life as an aspiring NA progamer is a bad decision. It will be even harder to get healthy as you get older, and your life will become even more complicated so the time is now! Who the hell can do that? Everyone els in life need to work and make money just to have food and a place to live... If your fat you need to work twice as hard, you still need to work for money, and you must work to lose weight.

Guy's not the most naturally talented of players around, but he has a pretty good attitude towards working for his goals, and puts up with an inordinate amount of insults on any thread where his name crops up. Also pretty good at interacting with his fans. Tbh, like Destiny before him it seems he might suit being an independent player and focusing on streaming for his fans, unless his level jumps that little bit up where he can legitimately be a threat at lans.
