Seems he was serious when he said SC2 is about money for medical school.

That one spot is highly pursued by tons of korean pro gamers, whereas it was given for free to Stephano, and he squanders it. Like I said earlier, I feel if he was committed to IEM WC from earlier, I guess it's fine, but if I were GOM, I wouldn't give seeds like that without more commitment from the player, I'd probably state as such in a contract or sth. Or charge a hefty fine for ditching the tournament, yeah I think I'd do that

He is going for the easy money after all, I mean he only has to play MVP, Golden, Dream TLO and Grubby...thats like a walk over group. I mean only 3 Koreans, the former WC3 champ and TLO.....EZPZ.......wait

Extremely talented, would have love to see him win GSL I don't think he is good enough to win GSL, it was proven. He probably won't go far in Up&Down Match, so coming to IEM is the best choice ![]()

It is understandable though, as Stephano has to consider his winning chances. Are there no foreigners the next GSL to root for then?

I'd give that honour to Dreamhack which continually puts on an amazing show with epic games and makes an effort to be truly worldwide. Lol DH may have good competition, but the competition level there is a farce. It doesn't even come close to the competition of mlg/ipl let alone gsl. DH isn't high on my list of tourneys to watch because the competition level is always too poor at them.

Edit: Oh yeah, and EG curse :D Edit #2: Long story short: foreigner still not equaling coreans. As long as the e-sports scene is not that big, it won't happen. So, foreigners should stick to foreigner tournaments and try to beat koreans there. One makes a point through that, too.
