Well asked my lawyer friend and let's start off that if you're offering a contract to a forigner it has to be translated to the signing persons native language. So in other words you need 2 copies of the contract one in The persons native language and the other in let's say English, otherwise in court this contract would not be valid. | ||

We agreed that I come to the house and practice, I payed the first month when I arrived with cash, and second month after 3 weeks with cash. | ||

The whole thing - particularly the lack of clarity over the contract, regardless of whose responsibility it might be to check it - sounds utterly amateurish to me, but I guess we have to remember that we have only one side of the story. | ||

Proceed to charge people a usurious rate to live there, as well as a portion of their stream revenue, in order to pay said mortgage? Trade secrets? Really? Also, there's nothing standard about a non-competition clause with a timeline exceeding the length of the contract. Assuming a player lived in the house for a year, a non-competition clause cannot extend beyond that year. It's something put it to prevent people from breaking contracts and going to a competitor DURING their contract, not after it. I'm sure that there's another side to this story, and I'm very interested to see how the chat log that Fuzer posted is going to be explained. Bush League stuff regardless of who is in the right. | ||

So if Fuzer get's the same contract as Ret why would Fuzer complain then? If he want's a lawyer to take a look at it.. What's the problem? He want's to be sure that everything is at its place which is quite NORMAL. You don't sign anything that you are not 100% sure of.. It's just common sense. And like iNcontroL said in this thread i don't think that HotBid/TL let's ret sign something that doesn't let him join a team/gaming house for 10 years, that sounds just ridiculously stupid. Let's here the statement "of course" it will be good from their side of view. And Fuzer even posted a skype chat log, i hope MoW provides the same thing for us to clear the situation. I think it's really ballsy from Fuzer to make this public for people to see what's going on behind the scenes and what some new players are to expect in the future. I don't know if it's 100% true but i have a hard time thinking that Fuzer would make this public and just lie about it, maybe everything isn't 100% TRUE what he says or it might be? Or maybe it's just miss communication from both part? | ||
