Naniwa is very skilled player but also someone who has fallen out with quite a few people in the scene. This could cause him problems in finding a new team, despite his ability. I doubt Naniwa will go to EG. Some of their members really dislike him, and besides they are negotiating with Stephano and already just picked up Suppy. Fnatic has NightEnd, who has a big problem with Naniwa, so going there would immediately cause a problem. SK has MC. He also has an issue with Naniwa, so going there is already problematic. Liquid value team togetherness and I am not sure if Naniwa fits that profile. Through a process of elimination, maybe he will go to Mouz or Millenium? I'll be interested to see how this situation develops.

Some other musings. Thorzain will likely leave EG in another year or two to go to college, and, for the lack of a better phrase, get a real job. Folks like Day[9] and Incontrol seem dedicated to a permanent career in eSports and videogames, but I often wonder what your average top player is going to do as a career given that most of them are early twenties or younger. At what point do you transition to something else? I fully support waiting on higher education to pursue a dream, but it is important to go back and get that education. Naniwa is a top player, and I actually think he's pretty likeable (and most of his controversey overblown), but he rarely seems happy. As crazy as it sounds, what if playing video games professionally isn't his passion? Nothing about this sounds like a normal team switch to me.

Yeah and picking up these old SC2 names as coaches seems to be the way that KeSPA teams are getting around being unable to sign them as players.

Source: http://www.rakaka.se/?newsID=19492 Dont know how much u can read into that rumor though... "Rakaka noterade under WCS Nordic Nationals att SaSe och NaNiwa inte sågs hänga med varandra likt de gjorde på Dreamhack Open och enligt våra källor beror detta på att spelarna bråkat. Varför spelarna råkat i luven är osäkert och om bråket kan vara en av anledningarna till att svensken lämnar Quantic är också osäkert." Pretty much translates into "Rakaka noticed that Sase and NaNiwa didnt hang out as much at WCS Nordic Nationals as they did on Dreamhack Open and according to our sources the reason id that the players have fought. What they have fought over is unceartin and if that is the reason for Naniwa leaving Quantic is left unsaid."

Stephano did an interview in French a few weeks back (a few days before NASL 3 Finals) saying he was negotiating with Millenium, EG and a mystery team. After what happened with the Complexity deal last time round, Stephano is making sure he is open about neogiations this time round. This interview was given with him sitting with his Millenium manager, so it was obviously on the level. Personally I think he will join EG, but he says he is still considering his options.

can't expect a high profile player like nani to stay on a mid tier team for all that long, but i think its about time he found himself a place he can stay for more than a short stay.. cmon nani, join SK or a kespa team (kt) <3
