2. How is it not? No scout at all. Camping every unit in main for a drop which could potentially be coming from either direction ( hit main or nat) and then waiting for the second drop, and then moving out knowing there's nothing else coming. Moving out directly to unscouted base ...

First of all, horizontal spawns are not possible in Deadwing. This is relevant, because you might think someone maphacks just because he scouts vertical only and "somehow" knows you must be cross.
Other than that I agree with you. He didn't even scout your fast factory and immediately rallied his observer in his main with 2 stalker in perfect position. The same thing happens at 8:00. where he moves all his stalkers in his main and warps in more right as the drop is coming.

Bronze league "cheaters" that get stomped wow.
As you can see in the title it was originally for Masters/GM only, thus was useful for Masters and GM players ; now it has devolved into "I lost so my opponent must have maphacked obv", even at Diamond/Platinum level. (the Bronze one is an exception though)

I was going to report him, but guess what, he joined team Ascension an hour or so after I played him. And you know how that goes... guy could be bragging about hacking yet everyone on the team would come here acting like it was the most legit game ever. I can't believe he finally left the team. They must have been forced to remove him, lol. He must have been caught in the last basetrade tournament. I tried to warn basetrade about this guy in "the safety net," and I did see the brackets change, removing his wins, thus that probably was the case.

Can confirm he hacks, played him 2 times tonight and blind counters me every time. For example, I place a spire AFTER he places robo facility, he cancels and goes double stargate immediately.

Yeah, he tried to counter everything vs me. And, most telling, was he didn't even make a single sentry. No high level Toss players play a long game without having any sentries.

People create silly names all the time. Why would you assume someone is hacking just because it's something dumb like "BobRoss?" That's almost as dumb as determining who's going to do what based on race. A name like "Shin_Gouki" Or "Playa" is just as dumb in other eyes. The thread is about determining if someone hacks. Not team bashing and opinions of names.
Inquiry: Wasn't there another person named BobRoss who was playing on the ladder for a few seasons? Or is it the same guy?
