Big gratz to Thorzain and EG! They need to actually adopt a child and rear it to be a SC2 pro, otherwise EG is poaching. Correction, the child needs to be one of the original EG member's child, otherwise it's poaching children from orphanages.
I was just about to correct you on that, but you did yourself.
Either what you said or they would have to go back in time and put the player on the first roster.

Probably some people got the idea from there taht EG will stay "mainly" American. But they had Grubby? Grubby was signed as a WC3 player at the time. He was still listed on their SC2-roster on their own page.
Yes EG had no interest in starting a WC3 team or division iirc.

This makes no sense to me.
Thorzain doesn't give EG anything that Puma/Demuslim couldn't have.
If they can get him into GSL that would change but at the moment I'm stumped.
Shame about mousesports - I doubt they'll recover but they had a good run.

Thorzain/Puma/Demuslim are different players with different styles. A lot of people are forgetting that unlike mouz, EG has a partnership with SlayerS.

Mouseports will be fine for now. They still have good players. Thorzain is better than Demuslim altough Demuslim is still good. He is also one of the maybe... 5? people who are mentioned or have been mentioned in the top foreigner talk since the beginning of SC2.

I agree, I'm not nervous for mouz at all. The players just seem to be able to grow so much and become monsters in that team. Thinking of: MaNa, biGs, HasuObs, MorroW. Not nervous at all. :D

Mousesports were fine before they signed Thorzain, why wouldn't they be fine now?

Thorzain have a much bigger fan following internationally than Puma and he's better than Demuslim. And there's no reason to think mouz won't recover.

Because times have changed.
Other teams have massively improved their rosters in both depth and player quality.
Moreover the pool of promising hopefuls is likely exhausted in Europe.
I'm sure mousesports can still do okay in team leagues but their winning days seem over.
