You wouldn't have a 90 page thread complaining if someone was hired by a firm because he had a lot of experience and did well in his previous jobs, would you? Simply moronic.

Also, people should really read the post before commenting. Half the posts moronic and/or depressing. Balls.

You would probably have something worse if an real sport teams number one star jumped to their direct rival team. I can't recall Barca fans being super happy when Figo joined Madrid. Although I'm not one of the people crying about this.

Problem is that is the ONLY players they sign it seems.

Just because other teams don't have enough resources to buy the calibre players that EG have doesn't mean they don't go after as good players as they can find. There's not a lot of teams that "grow" their own players from nothing and it's stupid to expect every team to do this, especially with teams only having a handful of players on the teams. Unless a player have shown some very good promise it's a risk to sign such players. Sure there are teams that have academies or qualifiers to find players but it's quite rare these players turn out to actually be a good players. It's a business they are running, not a charity. People make it sound like there is a huge pool of "unknown" players that's just waiting to be signed and turned into great players. Those people are living in a dream world.

Yeah, it's really silly, they have a team house, which means that out of any team in the world (outside of Millenium I think) they have an opportunity to take up-and-coming players, let them live in their house and play 12 hours a day. They should try and grow some NA talent in my opinion.
