The "rebalancing" shows this philosophy. I just can't see this as being good for the scene but Im sure it will be good for the tm in the short term. | ||

Dustin is going about it the wrong way, which is why the RA franchise is completely shit. Every race is starting to feel the same with different skins. Our cultures are different because we value different things, like community/individuality, privacy/openness, etc The old story was Protoss = individual/clan, Zerg = community/hive, Terran = I have no idea what I'm doing. Their units reflected those cultures, zealot, zergling and the marine. If he'd just stick to the formula I'm sure he could come up with something other than RA units with SC2 skins. | ||

Happy about the replicant being scrapped, would have liked to have seen the shredder as I like the concept and it feels like it fits with the race, but not too too upset especially with a few high level Terrans popping in here and saying it was completely garbage/folded to deathballs. Would still like the carrier and mothership to be salvaged, especially since they sound better than the changed tempest (although a bit absurd for me to say this without even videos or definite stats of the new unit..) - Remove Shredder: Good, I hate this unit. It should be Protoss building imo, help with taking 3rd, defend vs muta and drop and stop mass roaches ling. - Thor being keep instead of Warhound: I hate warhound design, but I love the idea of having bonus damage vs Mech units. Why can't they give us smaller Thor (so can't be mass repair) do x4 hits instead of x2 (so better vs Immortal) and have no skill (so can't be feedbacked). It will make Thor much better in both TvT and TvP and less deathball in TvZ - Super long range missile: They must be joking...
