biased poll much? how about a "this sint a big deal and Jessica is overeacting" option? that would be the 3rd option. no the third option is saying taht it is completely okay what is written, noone in there right mind would click that, that doesnt mean that Jessica isnt completely overeacting and this whole thing was blown out of porportion so you think jessica was wrong but cyberbully is wrong, that would be number 2. no i dont think cyberbullying when done to adults is wrong, adults should be able to either witshstand or ignore it on there own lolllllll. Ok so you are prejudiced against people over the age of 18. You realize that makes you no different than a sexist? man you aren't coherent or educated enough to continue this conversation with. GL HF who said anything about 18? unless you go into like a grade 4 class and start spouting obsenities go right ahead id say the cut off point is about 13 before that and its up to the parent what there child should or should not be exposed to look, it's black or white, right or wrong. How the victim receives it or responds is not of discussion right now. We are questioning you whether you think Cyber Bullying is morally correct and acceptable. it is not black or white, nothing is black and white nothing is either okay or not okay for kids they dont know enough to decide on there own opinion so they rely on the opinion of there parent to decide whats right for them and whats wrong for them, if the parent decides its okay then its okay if they decide its not then its not you cant jsut throw a blanket statement over it and go to bed
i agree but there has to be standards to what those parents know....aint that the point? ignorance is not an excuse.
its like racism, its a learned prejudice and it can only be removed slowly from the family/soecity generation after generation through understanding/education, ridding ignorance.
and the point is, this bullying aint right (as the standard of modern society) and we're trying to change that.

Likewise gaming as well, most activities are made worse by the admission of masses of people with less experience of the social norms of the medium.
You can ignore/attempt to ban specific users, but if their spam takes up an entire chat that you are trying to use for communicating with other people, it becomes disruptive to you, even if it doesn't offend you in the slightest.

YES, YOU CAN
go to a park seven days in a row, find a woman and call her cunt every time.
arrested, restraining order, etc.
why do you kids keep acting like internet is not real life? mature men take responsibility for their actions.

its like if i left my door open with a sign saying "everyone is welcome" then calling the cops when someone comes in

for the 15th time, he wont get 7 years, thats a maximum sentence, in extreme cases. for example, if you bully someone to suicide.
also, where do you live? robbing a store is a fellony, punching someone a demeanour? or am i getting something wrong?

Up to 7 years in prison because you are being mean to someone on the internet??? The fact that any jail time is even possible is down right bananas! I'd understand a small fine or whatever but this is completely retarded??
Does it work like that in real life in South Korea too? Like if you were to insult someone with harsh words and profanity? Would you actually risk any kind of jail time for that or are they punishing things that happen online much harder than things in real life - for instance like the copyright laws in the western world.
I mean, who in their right mind would throw someone in jail for saying bad things? There'd be no one left to walk the street if this was enforced thoroughly!

How does "repeatedly" count as one?

if it was once or even a few times, jessica is being a little silly with this. If she banned him repeatedly many many times and he kept coming back, i completely understand and that guy absolutely deserves what he gets.

Have you read the law? Or are you talking out of your ass?
