So basically a title says,
Jessica Prosecutes a "Netizen" Who Insulted Through Chat
Mentions a 'female genital,' insults and harrasses through internat broadcasting chat

In summary,
Jessica sues a netizen for "Cyber Defamation" because an user named "nolgoituh" insulted her over own3D chat during the stream of Team Slayers.
The screenshot provided by TIG has blurred out the context, but I assume that he/she called her things like:

Someone from Slayers said this guy has repeatedly been doing things like this on Slayers' streaming chat, so Jessica lost her cool; finally sued him today morning.
If Nolgoituh is convicted, he can be sentenced up to 7 years in prison, 10 years in suspension (this was vague, the article didn't state what is suspended) or fine of up to 50 mil KRW (about $44K)
Personally I see a ton of trolling and insults in every single stream chat that I've seen; Jessica has already been infamous for her PR, as some people call her a drama queen. I mean, she should be well aware of the internet where people say so many nasty shits and there will be always haters, trolls and dumb fucks who hide under anonymity. Not that I am trying to defend this guy who just got sued, I'm just saying if she starts to react this way to every insult she sees, she will get pretty fucking busy.

I think that harassing anyone, regardless of gender, is stupid. But is suing them really the right option? It seems a lot easier and less dramatic if she just banned them from chat...

I love the idea of stream chat idiots being held accountable for their words, but up to 7 years in prison/44,000 USD? What a ridiculously overboard punishment.

Why would you feel bad for a guy behaving in such a manner even if under the guise of anonymity? It goes to show that feeling safe on the internet brings out the worst in people until something happens that makes them stop. Though I do believe Jessica needs to understand this is the internet and there are indeed way too many people who are like this. You cannot avoid it and I don't believe suing him will be the end of the trolling.

The prosecution he faces is ok with me, maybe he will learn not to be a dick. The sentence he can possibly get on the other hand is ridiculous.
