many here disagree and many countries do have laws saying you can't harass people online. most do just brush it off but as she said, this was being repeated (dont know if same user) so she acted upon it following korean law.
law discourages bm and trolling, you're saying its ok to bm or troll, and i agree to certain extend but not when its personal insults and intentional trolling with means to do harm.

There are many many suicides due to cyberbullying and cyber defamation and most of them are adults. So no. Cyberbullying is wrong on every person.
