MMA, Ryung, and Ganzi were the old school Slayers Terrans when the team was just starting out. The students of Boxer. It's a shame to see one of them out. It's like how MKP-Polt-Maka were the 3 Terrans of Prime. Will never forget Ganzi's upset win against MVP in the Super Tournament, during a time when MVP's TvT looked absolutely invincible.

Taeja was more recent acquisition by them.

Slayers had way too many players anyway, good riddens really. Unfortunate timing for ganzi as well considering he just missed code S, not that attractive to pick up now.

Dammit.. why all the Terrans? xD I love Taeja, he's such a good macro player, and Ganzi has some beast TvT. Hopefully I'll get to see them more in the foreign scene then, but who's gonna help MMA work on his strategies before GSL finals now? :<

I might be mistaken, but isn't Ganzi SlayerS team captain? I was defiantly not expecting that turn of events. At any rate i wish them the best, really curious to see who will replace them on SlayerS roster.

Ganzi was, at first surprising, but it turns out his military service is coming up. Visit some other countries and tournaments before hanging it all up for two years.

Taeja is still a really young player and an amazing terran. Amazing pick up for any team but i'm expecting a pricy salary. (Hoping that he joins Alternate attack, or MTW but that will be unlikely.)

and again its just obvious would you like to be a slayers "stndard palyer" living behind boxer and mma with a low chance to get trips to foreign events and just getting housing costs payd or would u like to be a superstar for a foreign team with high salary and good chance for the major foreign event? easy choice i think !

I have not read this thread but i feel like this is bullshit. Koreans seem to have a grandiose view on how much they are worth and we enable them (throwing money left and right just because the word "korean" is mentioned).

"wishes to be in a foreign team until then in order to experience what it was like." -> cash in?

I sure know how to read between the lines

Foreign teams have salary....
Korean teams don't.....

Foreign teams travel the world (cough USA and EU cough)
Korean teams don't....

It's not a get rich quick scheme, it's a "I don't have to live in a dorm and play in code B" scheme.
