It could be called shady by EG, but it still wasn't breaching any contracts. If it's true that Lee let Fnatic into his team house, let them stay and practice there, and one of the members of Fnatic (translator, member, whatever) pretty much got Alive to leave, breaching his contract, then that's pretty bullshit and Lee should be pissed. It's like getting invited into someone's house and stealing their expensive television. Not cool. But this is all depends on if Lee is telling the truth/Fnatic is innocent, etc. This post sums up my feelings on this situation perfectly! I couldn't have worded it better! Thank you!

After the Puma incident, there was a report that said Lee gave his core players a contract/salary. That would have to include Alive, Polt, Hyun, etc.

It seems that he may be right again here, after taking legal action! It may be that although Coach Lee is usually correct, he might not be a reasonable person, hence the conflict. Usually conflict is stemming from a reasonable situation and one or more unreasonable party. Usually conflict is not reasonable people responding to an unreasonable situation...

Rain left to live with his father in New York PuMa was poached by EG Clide respectfully approached Coach Lee about the move to SlayerS because of his friends in the SlayerS house. SangHo and JYP left/were removed after failing to adjust to the new training regimen at the TSL house. aLive was apparently poached (I had heard otherwise, this is news to me) and left the team house with his best friend who's name I won't reveal. with the exception of rain, all of those indicate some kind of discontent with TSL. a player who's happy with the team he's in doesn't just switch unless they're offered a shit ton of money (and if that's consistently the case with TSL then they're mismanaging their finances and/or sponsorships).

Wasn't it already established that the Puma acquisition didn't *hurt* e-sports, in that players should have contracts? If anything, the TSL coach recognized (or should have recognized- we'll hopefully see soon) that he has to know what his players are doing. Don't jump the gun on a verdict.

Either ways, TSL will get screwed if aLive leaves. IMO, the coach might be doing something wrong if all his players are the only ones leaving. The same stuff isnt happening with slayers/mvp/im etc. Also, I doubt fnatic would do something so dirty. This might be Coach lee's panic mode where he's preventing his top player from leaving the team. He's lost enough players anyways...

Does that means his best friend that he left with wasn't on TSL at the time? This just makes me think ToD for some reason, lol.

You truly show your ignorance if you call Fnatic, one of the biggest and wealthiest eSports teams in the world, a "sub par, half dead" team. Their SC2 roster may have been lacking, but Fnatic is eSports legacy.

Well, PuMa and aLive were both offered "a shit ton of money" SangHo and JYP didn't like the new, stricter practice schedule Coach Lee was forming the team around Clide, I'm not sure if he was discontent in the house or not, but he apparently took the restructuring as a time to ask his leave.
